Case Studies

These case studies are just a few of the interesting projects we have been involved in over the past 15 years. They highlight why we have been able to thrive in both bull and bear markets.

We are proud we have been able to help clients using our knowledge of the industry, the local market, and the political climate. Our forward thinking coupled with our expertise in land development, construction, and finance sets us apart from the average broker.

In our firm, we have a homebuilder, developers, a commercial contractor, an appraiser, and a real estate attorney. With our diverse backgrounds, we can look at the “big picture” and better assist our clients with areas they may be unfamiliar with through the entire real estate process.
